NW Sting-led AA Baseball Pitching Training teams AA players with Northwest Sting coaches for a three-week bullpen intensive covering mechanics, grip work, and structured arm care.

Lincoln HS Skills Camp condenses varsity-level coaching into a single afternoon of multi-station hitting, fielding, pitching, and baserunning work with the Lynx staff.
