Program Overview

Winter Teen Baseball Training is an off‑season development program for motivated players (league age 13 - 16) preparing for Little League and upcoming high school competition. Players build consistent hitting patterns, arm health, and athletic movement in a focused, small‑group environment.

Two separate multi‑week training cycles (Session I & Session II) allow for continuous reps or flexible participation based on player availability.

Skills & Focus

  • Progressive hitting reps (contact quality & timing sequencing)
  • Arm care & throwing efficiency
  • Movement & coordination (baseball‑specific athleticism)
  • Approach & decision‑making discussions
  • Optional role specialization (pitching / catching emphasis when feasible)

Eligibility

  • League age 13 - 16 (Teen division players)
  • Recommended for players intending to try out for high school or upper division play
  • Participants should be registered (or planning to register) for the 2025 NCLL Regular Season

Dates & Times

Each group meets weekly (5:00 – 6:30 PM). Choose one group per session (capacity managed). Session I and Session II operate independently—players may register for one or both if space allows.

Session I — LEOPARDS

Session I — ZEBRAS

Session II — FROGS

Session II — TOADS
