What is it?

Specialized pitching and catching training led by Blanchett High School coach, Hunter Mullaly. These sessions are designed to sharpen your skills and prepare for AAA & Majors Assessments, scheduled for February 8.

• Wallingford Boys & Girls Club
• Entrance: Use the gym door on 46th Street.
• Parking: Street parking in the surrounding neighborhood; allow extra time.

• January 11th — 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• January 18th — 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• January 25th — 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• February 1st — 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

What to Expect

• Arrive early: Please arrive 10 minutes before start time for check-in and setup.
• Warm-up: Dynamic stretching and throwing progression led by coaches (10-15 minutes).
• Stations: Rotations covering hitting, fielding/footwork, and throwing mechanics.
• Pitching/Catching tracks: Small-group work with focused instruction (including sessions led by Coach Hunter Mullaly).
• Game-speed drills: Situation reps and competitions to build confidence and decision-making.
• Cool-down & wrap-up: Light recovery, quick Q&A, and cleanup of the space.
• Facility reminders: Indoor gym - no cleats. Water only on the court. Respect posted rules.
• Equipment: Glove and water required. Catchers bring gear if available; limited loaners may be on hand.
